Prime office rents continued to grow in major office markets during Q4 2011. Rents for prime office space in the world's major cities rose by 0.8% during during Q4 2011 and are up 6.0% yera-on-year. Prime rents have increased for eight consecutive quarters resulting in a 10% uplift since the bottom of the market in Q4 2009. Rental growth has slowed further from the 1.2% rise in Q3.
