Green Management Toolkit produced by Better Buildings Partnership provides guidance to owners and occupiers on how to achieve reductions in energy, water and waste in their buildings. The toolkit includes information on how to set up a green building management group (GBMG), has templates to assist an owner or manager to explain what a GBMG is for and what it can achieve. It also has a template environmental action plan which can provide a starting point for parties to record the base level environmental performance of their building.
