Reviews the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and considers the proposed timetable for its implementation. Considers the effect of this on lease renewals and rent reviews. Examines the costs of implementing the regulations, and the problems landlords will face in recouping this expenditure. Presents two case studies.
