ICE to launch first standard term service contract

<br/><br/> The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is to launch the first contract specifically for work carried out under framework agreements. The consultative edition of the "NEC term service contract (TSC)" will be launched 30 May 2002. The first edition proper is due for publication in January 2003, including changes to be made in the third edition of the "NEC engineering construction contract", scheduled for late autumn.
