<br/><br/> In the USA the National Association of Home Builders expects the housing market to recover next year after a downturn for the rest of this year. At the NAHB semiannual Residential Construction Forecast Conference housing starts were forecast to fall 10% in 4Q 2001 but increase strongly after that.
