<br/><br/> New guidance to help tenant farmers and landlords make the most of opportunities under CAP reform has been published by the Tenancy Reform Industry Group. It has been drawn up to help tenants and landlords reach agreement about the handling of the Single Payment within existing tenancy arrangements - particularly what should happen to entitlement to the Single Payment at the end of the tenancy.
