<br/><br/> This is the fourth annual survey measuring the satisfaction of commercial occupiers in the UK. This year's survey marks a departure from the three previous editions with an updated and more detailed approach based on the "Code for Leasing Business Premises in England and Wales, 2007" (see L137317). Commercial tenants in the UK are only moderately satisfied with the service they receive from landlords - there is still room for improvement, particularly in areas such as sustainability, service charges and the application for consent process.
