<br/><br/> Regulations amend the Housing (Service Charge Loans) Regulations 1992 which allow housing authorities to make loans to their tenants in relation to service charges for repairs or improvements. The amendments apply only to England, and relate to loans made under the  regulation 5 of the 1992 Regulations.  Comes into force 6 April 2009.
