It describes the nature and purpose of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 (the Act) and provides guidance about the role of the surveyor within the terms of the Act. The appendices of this guidance note contain various draft letters and draft notices and a revised and updated suggested draft award. Contains an in-depth and important section on professional conduct.
