Part 1 of this paper considered how an organisation could develop its plan for reaching the new situation. Part 2 also aims to provide some approaches to understanding relationships at individual, group and organisational levels with signposts to further reading in Appendix A. These approaches are intended to be a foundation on which members can develop their own preferred repertoire for implementing change. This framework is not intended to provide a step-by-step methodology for implementation.
