Summary: In view of the high level of threat of terrorism, the Government published the draft guidance "Working together to protect crowded places" and this supplement. This consultation paper seeks views of those involved in the built environment, from planning to development, in regard to the Government's plan of action to counter terrorism. Provides information on how counter-terrorism measures can be integrated into planning developments. Presents the roles of key partners in helping reduce vulnerability of crowded places.
