Under the terms of practice statement UKPS 4.1 in the current edition of the RICS Valuation Standards, surveyors accepting instructions to provide reports under the RICS HomeBuyer Service must comply with the conditions set out in these practice notes. The Practice Notes are written to reflect the property law in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
