Sets out the rules of member conduct as defined by the Regulatory Board under Article 18 of the Supplementary Charter 1973 and Section V of RICS Bye-Laws. These rules apply broadly to all professional member conduct. They cover interpretation; service of documents; integrity; competence; service; lifelong learning; solvency; and the conveyance of information to and cooperation with RICS.
