Landmark report calls for new focus on value Constructing Excellence launches new report 'Be Valuable'

Be Valuable, a new report from Constructing Excellence in the Built Environment (CEBE), calls upon the construction industry to move away from concentrating on the time and cost of new buildings, and instead focus on the value of the building throughout its lifetime, and the needs of its occupants and the wider community. It also calls for greater integration between property, construction and facilities management to encourage the industry to take a long term view.
