The Society of Construction Law (SCL) proposes a groundbreaking new Protocol, which will monitor the progress of the workflow, and delay if it occurs, through the construction process. It contains guidance on efficient dispute resolution on already disputed projects, and also answers frequently asked questions. The Protocol is currently in draft form, and will be subject to public consultation until 31 January 2002. The final version will be published in April 2002.
